Dissertation and assessment (60 units)
As part of the Global Online MSc in Human Resource Management programme, you’ll be required to produce a 15,000-word dissertation.
The course is vocational in assessment, which means you’ll also be able to draw on your experience and complete ‘real world’ projects within the workplace throughout.

This course meets the advanced professional standards set by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). It is accredited by CIPD and gives full exemption from their level 7 Advanced Diploma in HRM.

Dr Anastasia Kynighou – Senior Lecturer
Anastasia, who joined the Manchester Metropolitan University Business School in 2013 as a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management, is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Manchester Business School (MBS).
Before joining MMU, Anastasia held the posts of Visiting Lecturer of Management at the University of Cyprus and Lecturer in Human Resource Management (HRM) at the University of Central Lancashire. Currently, she holds visiting posts at MBS, where she teaches on the Global MBA programme, and at the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM), where she teaches on the MBA and MSc. in HRM programmes.
Anastasia’s research has been published in high-impact peer-reviewed journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management and she has presented a number of papers at international academic conferences.

Applicants whose first language is not English (and whose first degree was not taught in English) are required to produce evidence of English language proficiency. We provide a FREE Pearson English test to all applicants if required.
Credit for prior learning:
If you have previously studied a CIPD accredited course or programme before, you may be eligible for an accelerated study route with exemptions granted for some modules. Please contact your Enrolment Advisor for more information.
