Prior to joining Manchester Metropolitan University Business School in 2006, Linda held senior management roles in the health and social care sector. Over the last 10 years, she has been responsible for leading, developing and managing the masters programmes in Leadership and Management and is now a Principal Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour.
Linda holds a PhD from the University of Manchester, a Masters in Organisational Psychology from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Lancashire.
Her research interests cover a wide range of topics including leadership, organisational change, workplace stress, bullying and diversity. Linda’s PhD theses was on workplace stress in the financial sector.
She is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and holds an Executive Coaching Diploma from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
