One of our key priorities is ensuring you have access to the support you need to complete your degree successfully. From the moment you enrol as a Global Online student, you will become part of an engaging and supportive community, there to help you every step of the way.

As soon as you enrol on a course, you will be introduced to the Student Success Team who you can turn to for non-academic guidance throughout your time with us. You will have access to a team of Student Success Information Advisors who will be your first point of contact for any non-academic questions and queries during your studies. The Student Information Advisors are also on hand to ensure you are on track with assessments and that you don’t miss any key dates. In addition, you will have a dedicated Student Success Progression Advisor who will check in with you regularly throughout your studies, at times that best suit you. Your Progression Advisor will help you settle into your first module and begin your online learning journey as well as providing regular guidance to support your progression and can connect you with other services that you might find useful.

During each study unit, your tutors and Programme Lead will be on hand to provide any academic support you need. Our dedicated Learner Development Team can also help you gain the skills needed for successful, independent study. They offer a wide range of webinar workshops, as well as one-to-one appointments, to help you get as much out of your studies as possible.

Our Virtual Learning Environment has been created by online learning experts to provide an immersive, community-focused platform. Throughout the course, you will regularly engage in interactive group tasks, discussion forums and seminars with other students across the world, helping you to grow a global network of fellow students who are not only rooting for their success but for yours too.
