The Association of MBAs (AMBA) is the global kite mark for high-quality MBAs and postgraduate qualifications. Our Global Online MBA is fully accredited by the Association – a significant benchmark of quality which ensures the teaching on our programme has been rigorously assessed.
Our Business School holds the EQUIS accreditation – a leading international system of quality assessment, improvement and accreditation of higher education institutions in management and business administration. By attending an EQUIS accredited institution, you can be confident you are part of a high quality institution.
Together the EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA accreditations place our Business School in an elite group of business schools worldwide to achieve the prestigious trio of accreditations.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development is the professional body for people and development. Our Business School is a CIPD Accredited Programme Provider meaning that students enrolling on our HRM postgraduate accredited courses will be eligible to join the CIPD as student members (fees apply).
Upon successful completion of the programme, students will receive Associate Membership* of the CIPD with the opportunity to apply for upgrade to Chartered Membership of the CIPD. Additional fees may apply.
* To be eligible for Associate Member status, students must already be a member of the CIPD. Students exiting the programme with the PgDip are not eligible for Associate Member status.
The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants offers professional training for aspiring and qualified management accountants. Our Department of Accounting, Finance and Banking has a long-standing relationship with CIMA, with many staff being CIMA examiners and part of the examination team. Plus, our MSc Finance and Strategy graduates are eligible for an accelerated entry route to the CIMA Professional Qualification. Applicants already holding a professional finance qualification from CIMA could be exempt from four of the programme’s eleven modules, meaning you’ll pay less for your MSc.

Manchester Met Business School is one of the biggest in the UK. It has many international links and collaborates extensively with businesses and organisations in over 40 countries, from China to Singapore, the United States to India. Partners include Barclays, AstraZeneca, Thales, Siemens, Shop Direct, United Utilities, McDonalds and Bentley.
HEALTH PROFESSIONS
The Department of Health Professions maintains links with colleagues in clinical practice and research. Manchester Metropolitan University’s Food Centre is also a dedicated hub for science and technology in food and nutrition and works closely with industry to provide training, technical and consulting services for the past 25 years.
ADVISORY BOARD
Our MSc Sport Business, Management and Policy has been designed in collaboration with our Sports Advisory Board, made up of professionals from Sport England, the Football Foundation and more. Academics on the course also hold strong connections with sport organisations across the globe, including the IOC, IFA and the RFU.
